Can it really be jury week again?

Really!? But only 5 posts ago I wrote Jury Week Strikes Again. They are about a month apart (except for October/November. Only a week apart. Because someone wants me to die of stress) and you would think that I would have done more writing in the last month.

I had one jury trial yesterday. I lost.

I am in the middle of one now. In fact, I am supposed to be crafting my closing argument and then going home so that I can see the kids for the first time in 2 days and actually go to sleep before 12:30.
