The financing is in place. All the sellers have to do is say yes.
The stress? She is still killing me. Daily migraines, dreams about contracts that I haven't had since BarBri.
I know the posts have been scarce, they are actually bursting out of me. I think as soon as we get an offer I will be flooding the blogesphere with post after post.
