Yesterday I was driving the boys back to school after the yearly checkup. There is a lot of development going on in our area right now, and the builders are really trying to get people interested in real estate again.
I think one of them has never heard of the saying "keep it simple, stupid".
On two sides of a sign advertising a new condo neighborhood was a little sign shouting "FEE SIMPLE!"
To my lawyer friends, did you know what that meant before Property I?
To my non-lawyer friends -- would that make you want to buy the condo? Or does it just sound to you that the fees will be simple?
p.s. I didn't know you could own a condo in fee simple. Cool!
